I'm Emma Louise, certified Pilates and Group Fitness Instructor with a passion for helping people of all ages and abilities to get moving.​​
Whether you want to ease into exercise with beginner Pilates, get that 'Barre-burn' or challenge yourself with a high-energy Circuits class- I'll help you feel healthier and happier, all whilst having fun and making connections.

Build connections, make friends
Social interaction is a key pillar for overall health, which is why community is a BIG part of the ElloFit ethos.
Many classes are followed by an optional coffee (or wine!) catch up to help you get to know other like minded people in the community. (You'll even get a free tea of coffee after your first session!) There are also regular social events held throughout the year — both fitness and non-fitness related! And you can even book a 'Pilates Party' for events such as a Hen Dos and Girl's weekend away or Wellness sessions for businesses.
ElloFit Classes
I offer a variety of class types ranging from low to high impact. All offer different level options within the class so that you can tailor it to suit your ability. ​

I also offer bespoke Wellbeing sessions for businesses and Pilates for events such as Hen-Dos and Girls weekends away!
Pilates Classes
Beginner - Intermediate
Precise, controlled movements to build strength, improve posture and reduce pain.

Faster paced, high energy pilates focusing on building strength and stamina. Encompasses more challenging moves.

Inspire healthy habits in the workplace with a pilates session focusing on the neck, shoulders & back to relieve pain, tension & improve posture.
