Catering for all ages and abilities (from complete beginners to Pilates Pros!), I'll create a tailored class to suit your Hen Do vibe. Take it easy with a relaxing session focusing on stretching and meditation, challenge the group some killer moves or have a laugh (and a little friendly competition!) with some Pilates inspired games — or combine all 3!

I can come to your Hen Do location anywhere around Cheltenham and the Cotswolds, and weather dependent, we can hold the class inside or outside.
Mats can be provided and there are package options including 'Pilates and Prosecco' and 'Pilates and Pastries' to help take the stress out of planning!​
