Pilates Classes

Pilates is a low-impact, yet highly effective full body workout. By engaging the deep core muscles and enhancing body awareness, it not only strengthens and tones the body but improves mobility, enhances posture and reduces the risk of injury.
Pilates is endorsed by physiotherapists, osteopaths and GPs - but that doesn’t mean it has to be easy! Take a look at the options below to find a class suitable for you.

Pure Pilates

Beginner - Intermediate

Pilates at its purest. Using slow, controlled movements we'll build strength, mobility and flexibility. This class is suitable for all ages and abilities - you'll learn how to engage your core and breath correctly which can improve posture and help reduce pain.​ ​ ​Some classes will use small equipment such as pilates balls and resistance bands.

Power Pilates

Intermediate +

Faster paced, higher energy pilates focusing on building strength and stamina. Incorporates more challenging moves than the Pure Pilates class, so whilst you don’t need to be a pro, some experience of Pilates is necessary.

Posture fix Pilates

All abilities (Coming soon!)

Give your body a break from the laptop! A pilates-yoga fusion focusing on the neck, shoulders & back to relieve pain, tension & improve posture.

Corporate Wellbeing sessions

All abilities

Re-energise your team with a Wellbeing session - combining Pilates, stretching and yoga to improve posture, relieve tension and reduce stress. In person and online options available dependent on location.

Have fun, relax and feel rejuvenated with a Pilates Party! From Hen Do’s to Girls weekends away - it’s the perfect way to unwind (and overcome the hangover!). Tailored to your group’s style and abilities - find out more about the options available.
